experience

More than three decades of perspective
Barb Bishop began her career in real estate more than thirty years ago, building unparalleled experience in mortgage banking, title, and escrow before continuing as a seasoned Real Estate Broker with Skyline Properties. That foundation shapes how she helps clients understand financing, closing, and the practical details that surround every purchase or sale.
Her brokerage experience encompasses retail, commercial, bank-owned, and auction properties, alongside residential homes, manufactured and mobile homes, land, and luxury real estate. Whether someone is buying a first home, listing a property, relocating, or navigating a more complex sale, Barb approaches the conversation around the client’s actual circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
Barb’s customer service has earned recognition over the years, including Employee of the Year at Stewart Title Company and top listing agent honors in 2010 and 2011. She also works with business professionals and can connect qualified buyers with experienced lending professionals when financing guidance or information about possible down-payment assistance resources is needed.
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Barb is a graduate of Stadium High School—known as The Castle and featured in the film 10 Things I Hate About You. Her love of music earned her a place in the Stadium High School band, including a memorable trip to Europe for a music contest with bands from around the world.
Away from work, Barb collects antique glass, gardens, hikes, and camps. An avid reader and movie buff, she lives in Tacoma with her three beloved dogs.
“Experience is priceless.”
